wrong order disappointing customer service

I ordered and it was confirmed shipped by customer service with champions league badge. the shirt has premier league and several pulls in the material right out of the bag. i have been back and forth for weeks with emailing customer service because there is no other way to contact. I just want the shirt I was told by the company shipped. Very aggravating and disappointing

Ruined after one wear

After one wear, during which we played a game of football, the jersey started ripping up badly at the back and is now unwearable. No one else had this issue wearing their kit. This has been reported to customer service and a full refund or replacement is expected.

Not happy with Blue away shirt

Like the colour,but very disappointed with the number on the back that isn't straight,which isn't my fault.sent emails and photographic evidence but got no satisfaction.will not be ordering anything again.£120 for something I'm not at all happy with.
