Unhappy with this order Only

When first ordered this product, it came with it was damaged with a hole in the pocket on left side. I returned it and received the item again to found the damaged in the same pocket. Which I think the whole box was damaged in the same way and I said this when I return the item the first time, so someone should checked the item before sending it out to me and for all that buy ths item for the good well for the company.
