Manchester United Kids 26/27 Third Jersey

Still trying to come to some sort of resolution with Man Utd after emailing back and forth for two weeks, sent photos as proof, still no further forward. Bought two of the away strips for both of my kids and both are absolutely covered in pull marks and threads coming away, after just one wash on a gentle cool wash in the machine. Never had an issue with any strips before but these ones are obviously not good quality material.

The shirt has pulled in multiple places, believe this is a fault in the material. Had shirts every season for the last 10+ years and this is the first on to have this problem. I have contacted customer services who initially responded but since then had no reply, yet to resolve this issue.very disappointed with service, the faulty shirt is one of those things but the service there is no excuses.

My daughter has had the kit for less than a month an its ripped and frayed in several places and the stitching is a bit suspect where red thread is present on the colour where blue should only be present. Ive never has a united shirt that has ripped before.
