Man utd school bag

My child used the bag twice and the zip broke. I paid 4.99 delivery as well as 30 pounds for the bag... I've put through for a return because the bag has been made poorly and I have been told I will be charged 6.99 to send it bag. Disgusting.

Zip broke after second wear

Nice bag, good size for younger primary children but the zip broke after second wear and can’t be fixed.
