You guys scammed me and have the cheek to ask for a review. On the stadium’s pitch side advertising boards, you guys show the sleeve sponsor included in the kit. When my order arrived, there weren’t any sleeve sponsors. Thinking I could get help from your support, they insisted that the sleeve sponsors only came with the authentic kits. So why wasn’t this piece of detail included in the pitch side advertising boards? I suggested sending the kit back to have the sleeve sponsor placed, not even asking for a refund, just so that it looks identical to what our players are wearing, and you guys shut it down, doubling down on your scam. False advertising is what you guys are doing. Absolute joke of a club. I shall never patronise you guys ever again.

Still trying to come to some sort of resolution with Man Utd after emailing back and forth for two weeks, sent photos as proof, still no further forward. Bought two of the away strips for both of my kids and both are absolutely covered in pull marks and threads coming away, after just one wash on a gentle cool wash in the machine. Never had an issue with any strips before but these ones are obviously not good quality material.

The shirt has pulled in multiple places, believe this is a fault in the material. Had shirts every season for the last 10+ years and this is the first on to have this problem. I have contacted customer services who initially responded but since then had no reply, yet to resolve this issue.very disappointed with service, the faulty shirt is one of those things but the service there is no excuses.
