Refund not orivuded

I purchased 2 items, was satisfied with one but had to return the other. I returned the garment on the 10th Sept but have not yet received the refund as of tidays date 26th September. Last update was 14th Seot which seems very unsatisfactory to me.

Father in-law loved this.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my father in-law begrudgingly as I'm a Liverpool fan. The quality was good. I ordered the wrong size but quick at processing the exchange. 5 stars.
