We offer digital gift cards that can be used to purchase products on the United Store. You can choose from various denominations to suit your needs. You cannot use these giftcards in the Megastore.

Gift cards can be purchased directly through our website. Simply select the amount you want, add it to your cart, and complete checkout like any other product.

Digital gift cards are delivered via email to the recipient’s email address you input.

Yes! You can enter the recipient’s email address and we’ll send it straight to them.

Our gift cards expire after 1 year. You can check your expiration date here

Yes, if your purchase exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment method.

You can check your balance by visiting our gift card balance page here and inputting your giftcard number. You do not need to contact customer service for this.

Gift cards are non-refundable. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, it cannot be returned and refunds will not be given for the gift card

The refunded amount will be applied back onto your gift card. You will not be refunded in cash. If you bought an item with a gift card and cash, you will first be refunded the cash amount. Then any additional amount to be refunded will be refunded onto your giftcard.

Yes, gift cards can be applied to any eligible items, including sale products, unless otherwise stated. Gift cards themselves will not be discounted though and discounts such as site wide promotions, or member discounts, both will not apply to gift cards.

Unfortunately, lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Please keep your card details safe.

If you’re having trouble using your gift card and see the message “The gift card number you’ve entered isn’t valid for use.” It could be for the following reasons:

• The gift card number wasn’t recognised. Check the number and try submitting again.
• The gift card has expired and can no longer be redeemed.
• The gift card has already been redeemed and has no remaining balance.
• Gift cards are temporarily unavailable due to technical issues.
• Other reasons that may make the card ineligible for use.
