My order was delivered by Royal Mail but I was not in, I arranged a redelivery but Royal Mail returned it to sender, so it showed as delivered. The lack of ownership from the utd store customer service team was incredibly disappointing, and it took over a week to resolve and lots of chasing from myself before eventually getting a refund. So in the end I bought the items elsewhere with no issue

Very good product, the home kit is not available in 12-18 months but the blue kit was, my son looks great in it
