Mal personalizado mala devolución

Primero llega la personalización defectuosa (para la que he gastado mis puntos). Pido la devolución: primero el paquete no se me entrega en la dirección correcta y además viene sin personalizar (pero los puntos ya gastados). Era un regalo personalizado de cumpleaños para mi hijo de 9 años que habían comprado entre sus amigos. En fin, 3 semanas intentando un pedido especial para nada.

Mon fils l'adore mais la qualité est mediocre

Mon fils adoré son maillot. Mais la qualité du tissus est très médiocre et rappel ce que l'on appelle les thaï shirt ... Pour le prix acheté je ne vais me plaindre mais je serait vigilant à mon prochain achat !
