Reviews (36)
2.8Review Summary
This summary is generated by artificial intelligence based on customer reviews.
- Customers report threads pulling, fabric peeling, and seams unravelling after one wash or minimal wear
- Many describe material as thin and fragile, with defects appearing far faster than previous versions
- Several note sizing runs significantly small, remaining uncomfortable even after sizing up for children
- Customers frequently report unresponsive support, ignored complaints, refused refunds, and promised replacements never arriving
- A few praise design and appearance, but positive feedback is vastly outnumbered by quality and service complaints
Quality

Shocking quality - ruined after one wash!
Still trying to come to some sort of resolution with Man Utd after emailing back and forth for two weeks, sent photos as proof, still no further forward. Bought two of the away strips for both of my kids and both are absolutely covered in pull marks and threads coming away, after just one wash on a gentle cool wash in the machine. Never had an issue with any strips before but these ones are obviously not good quality material.

Poor quality material pulls all over after normal wear after 10 days
The shirt has pulled in multiple places, believe this is a fault in the material. Had shirts every season for the last 10+ years and this is the first on to have this problem. I have contacted customer services who initially responded but since then had no reply, yet to resolve this issue.very disappointed with service, the faulty shirt is one of those things but the service there is no excuses.
