Christmas Returns Policy
We’re making returns easier for you this holiday season with extended windows to help you shop with confidence. Here’s how it works:

• Orders placed between November 1st and December 6th: Enjoy a 60-day return window (from the date the product is sent) for any purchases made during this period.

• Orders placed after December 6th: Our usual returns policy will apply, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to return items.

We hope this makes your holiday shopping stress-free!

We hope you enjoy your purchase from United Store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date. A returns proccessing fee will be deducted from your refund. To create a return, use the Returns Portal.

To create a return, you will need your email address and the Order ID (this can be found on your Order Confirmation email). If you are within the 30-day return window and are experiencing issues with the portal, please contact our Customer Services team here, who can help you with your return.

Returns Policy:

- You can return an item up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with any swing tags and all labels included.

- If you are returning your full order, United Store will refund our standard delivery charge, in addition to the full value of the products.

- You will be charged a returns processing fee, which will be confirmed through the Returns Portal. This fee will be automatically subtracted from your refund. For returns from the UK mainland, the returns processing fee is currently £6.00. For returns outside the UK mainland, the returns processing fee may vary.

- Please note, we cannot offer to exchange your item for a different item.

- Please note, we cannot offer returns on some items unless they are damaged or faulty. These include personalised products; perishable goods (including food); swimwear; underwear; socks; DVDs; grooming products; goods sealed for hygiene reasons.

Personal products include: merchandise printed with a player’s name - even if they subsequently leave Manchester United, merchandise printed with a personal name or squad number to your specification, and even just merchandise printed with a badge on sleeve of your shirt. 

- Your refund will be issued within 14 days from when we receive your return.

- Please note the Megastore will not accept returns for orders placed online so please follow the online returns process using the portal.

We apologise if you have received a faulty or damaged product from United Store. We check every item before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards, however, if you have a concern, please contact our Customer Service team here, so we can arrange a full refund, enabling you to return your faulty or damaged product free of charge so you will not be out of pocket.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on any of our items, as we are unable to guarantee availability when we receive your return.

Instead, create a return using the Returns Portal, and place an order for a new item as normal.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cancellation or the changing of an order once it is placed as we try to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, so your order may already have been processed.

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team here to request this and we will do our best to help you.

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights under Part 3 of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Your refund will be issued within 14 days from when we recieve your return. In most cases, the refund will made to the same payment method used in the original transaction.
