We apologise if you have received a faulty or damaged product from United Store. We check every item before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards, however, if you have a concern, please contact our Customer Service team here, so we can arrange a full refund and offer you free delivery on your next order.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cancellation or the changing of an order once it is placed as we try to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, so your order may already have been processed.

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights under Part 3 of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

You will be given an estimated delivery date when you place your order. This varies depending on the country the item is being shipped to and the selected delivery options.

For UK orders, Express deliveries will usually be delivered within 3 business days, and Standard deliveries will usually be delivered within 5 business days from point of dispatch.

Please allow up to an additional 5 days dispatch time for personalised items during this peak period.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any special delivery instructions. Once your order is In Transit, your local carrier may accept them, however, United Store does not accept any liability for special delivery instructions.

Before 5th September 2024, United Store (previously known as United Direct) was managed by Fanatics. If you placed your order prior to 5th September, Fanatics will be responsible for your order, returns, and any issues or queries needing customer services.
