We always aim to ship your order as soon as possible, however, during this peak period, please allow 2-3 business days for our team to dispatch your items. If you can any concerns regarding the status of your order, please contact our Customer Service team here.

You will be given an estimated delivery date when you place your order. This varies depending on the country the item is being shipped to and the selected delivery options.

For UK orders, Express deliveries will usually be delivered within 3 business days, and Standard deliveries will usually be delivered within 5 business days from point of dispatch

For most countries, United Store offers Standard and Express delivery options. The costs and estimated timelines of these are dependent on the country of the delivery location and will be presented at checkout.

No, there will be no additional duties or taxes to pay on delivery of your order.

Personalised shirts cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty. Personalised shirts include: shirts printed with a player’s name - even if they subsequently leave Manchester United, shirts printed with a personal name or squad number to your specification, and even just shirts printed with a badge on the sleeve of your shirt.

We strongly encourage customers who are getting a shirt with a player's name on, to select the "Add Player Name" option, and select the player you want on your shirt from the drop down list, instead of selecting the "Add Custom Name" option, and typing it in yourself. If you select the "add custom name" option, we will not be able to print any special characters that appear in that name, regardless of whether they appear in a player's name or not.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any special delivery instructions. Once your order is In Transit, your local carrier may accept them, however, United Store does not accept any liability for special delivery instructions.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Your local carrier may have their own restrictions on addresses.

Christmas Returns Policy
We’re making returns easier for you this holiday season with extended windows to help you shop with confidence. Here’s how it works:

• Orders placed between November 1st and December 6th: Enjoy a 60-day return window (from the date the product is sent) for any purchases made during this period.

• Orders placed after December 6th: Our usual returns policy will apply, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to return items.
